Hello,

I recently created this account to have Underwing transferred to after purchasing him on the forums. The account creation and transfer looks like it happened the DAY AFTER the mirror occurred and I'm unable to access the account in Sisi. Is it possible to have my account activated on the sisi server?

If I understand correctly and your account was created the day after the mirror occurred then it won't be on this mirror at all and you will have to wait until the next mirror.

If not and the account is indeed on this current mirror but just in-active, use the link posted by Noriko :)
