CCP likely has employees leave and join all the time, problem ebcomes when several well-known employees leave in a close timeframe, people start thinking "oh may gawd everyone is leaving", but tis the same effect that the news had in the US once they started documenting school violence, even if it only occurs in one school out of milions every 5 eyars it soudns like "OH MY GOD EVERYDAY PEOPLE ARE BEING SHOT". Its all about the spotlight

I believe the chief problem is living on a tiny rock near the arctic circle, where the water smells like farts and the pay is low for the industry.

There's no reason to suggest they aren't applying to Riot, who must surely offer a much higher QOL for employees.

I don't think so CCP isn't that big I mean they make good money, But for a dev to make more or move up they are small and other companies have room for promotions. Anyone would leave a job if they can make more somewhere else. Its sad to see them go but if Devs feel they can't grow anymore with a company its time to move on.
