Bug - Locked bpo's and impounding

Steps to repro:
-Get a BPO locked down in an hangar (happened to me with 8)
-Do not pay the rent for such office and have the contents impounded
-Re-rent the office, locked items (as everything else) are now in hangar 1
-Propose unlock of BPO via voting system
-Vote yes

Expected result:
-BPO is unlocked

Actual result:
-BPO stays locked, the vote is shown as successfull in the closed votes page but the message in it refers to "None" instead of the BPO name

And, in-game tickets are being ignored :|

Found the problem. Vote needed to be sanctioned by the CEO in another tab under the politics tab in the corp window.
Sooo, my bad :P
