Overview window refresh/focus/problem

Once in a while (condition unknown) my overview window becomes unresponsive and I cannot select/click an item. I can roll the selection line with the cursor keys but I cannot interact with that selection with right click or shift enter.

Sometimes I can fix the issue while selecting the local window text entry area and simply hitting return (does not post an empty line in local) refreshes the overview window. Sometimes I have to log out to restore full overview functionality.

Check if you have the text hovering above/below your capacitor that says something like "Keep At Range", "Dock/Jump/Activate Gate", or "Show Info" or similar. I've found recently with my clients, if I swap to another non-EVE program focus (I have 3 monitors, so this is far from uncommon) and type something (exact trigger unknown), one of the keys seems to get stuck in the input buffer in EVE, and it thinks I'm holding down one of those keys (usually it's Q, W, E, A, S, D, or T). This causes the overview to stop properly updating, since it thinks I'm trying to click on a target on it, and causes clicking on things to not to what it is supposed to do when clicking on them. Generally, just running through the keys and pressing each of the above 7 once (usually only have to press *one* of the seven) fixes the issue until I next refocus out of EVE.
