So, I figured out how to give my alliance members access to my ship maintenance array... woot! But, then when I attempt to give them access to the corporate hangar array, it's like the roach motel. They can put stuff in...but, they can't get it out. And, I have view and take set to alliance members.

It gives them the error of "Not a member of the owning corporation" but, I set it to alliance member usage. So, CCP, could we get this fixed please? Sharing of POS facilities looks like it was supposed to be in there...but, the functionality...is not working so well.
