Looking to buy a decent pvp toon. I will list what i want and don't want

Wants:

Caldari, gal and amarr race ships but at least 2 of them.
-Very good cap skills
- Drone to 5
Solid core skils
- leadership- a bonus but not a must

Don't

More than 3m sp in indy skills


I am looking for a toon thats picked skills and trained them up to a decent level, don't want to be seeing level 1-3 skills everywhere.


Budget is quite high.
