I assume these guys are treated like rock stars. Girls throwing their hotel room keys at them on stage and all.

So who scored?

Guard gets all the space booty.

BoBwins Law: As a discussion/war between two large nullsec entities grows longer, the probability of one comparing the other to BoB aproaches near certainty.

And then there was Gunni, who actually beat Guard in a fight. So G&G got all the B.

Chicks dig guys that get beat up, have you never seen a romantic comedy?

CCP Publord couldn't make it, so the answer is TomB. Can't beat a classic.

Getting lucky during such events can sometimes simply mean beating feet the next morning before s/he gets a really good look at you in the daylight or vice versa.

This is EvE, a computer game for a more-geeky, more-nerdy subset of the geeky-nerdy group of society that plays video games.

As a result, there is something wrong with your statement. Something about female groupies just doesn't quite seem right.

Lucky? There were slot machines at fanfest?

I don't understand..

Edit: That didn't come out right. What?

I'll explain when you are older, dear.

Unfortunately EVE's female ratio is very low.

Speak for yourself Scipio. Some of us can multitask nerdiness with being rampant slappers just fine. One of my best mates is a console scrub FPSer but take her out and she will attempt to take her top off and dance on table/faces >.> I'm not joking. I think we might be barred from the local cricket club bar over that.

Why don't you go youself (Doreen) and show them how it's done? :P

Actually, contrary to your beliefs, CCP devs are treated like everyday normal people.

That's heresy!

Any man prepared to strip down to underwear a couple of sizes too small and get in a ring with another similarly clad man to roll around on the floor in front of a crowd of people, clearly deserves respect above that of 'normal people'.

I take my hat off to all of them.

Note to self: keep CCP Guard away from my girlfriend at EVE Vegas.... she's dating me, so it's a known fact that she likes short guys that play EVE.

Unless the devs had the foresight to wear kilts in the traditional fashion, and talk like Sean Connery... well, let's just say it would be rude to speculate further. Blink

Nonetheless, I'm sure a good time was had by all. Iceland is awesome -- would love to see it again. Blink
