Legion with level 5 armor and Energy skills (preferred)

Should have:
Arrow Subsystem skills level 5
Arrow Frigate to level 5
Arrow Armour tanking level 4 / 5
Arrow Energy weapon specialization level 4
Arrow Scanning skills level 4 / 5
Arrow Hacking and Archaeology level 4 / 5


Optional bonus:
Arrow +4 / 5 Implants
Arrow Navigation skills 4
Arrow Cloaking 4
Arrow Cov op for transportships
