Amazon Us plex in the UK

I have a Amazon Us account and regularly make purchases from it. I noticed that Plex is considerably cheaper as well on the US site. Would purchasing plex through the US break any sort of EULA or TOS rules? Also would it work for a UK account?

Since I noticed that 60day GTCs are cheaper than PLEX,
I only buy these. Why buy PLEX when they are more expensive?

Or does a PLEX cost 12 Euro?

I always bought GTC from battleclinic in USD and never had a problem, even after they phoned me to verify the account.
