Like others here have said , I started playing Eve because it was billed as a harsh game. I came to Eve straight from another well known MMO where everyone has to be nice to each other, an MMO that originally was challenging and fun but over the years (because of player whining and the need for the owners to make a profit) has become easier and easier until I felt there was little or no challenge left.

As I said, Eve was billed as a harsh game and pretty soon I knew I would fit in well.

I started small - ninja salvage to start off with, this produced many tears and satisfaction for me. Later I moved on to can flipping this produced the desired results too.

Now I'm quite happy to grief the griefers in my jet can mining bait ship and I enjoy all kinds of high sec pvp. Not so much for the tears anymore but because I can get a 1 v 1 in high sec, unlike low sex.

This alt is in training to become a ganker for the great hulkageddon event, this will be my first time suicide ganking and I am so looking forward to it Big smile

Being wardecced by greifer corps for 2 months straight when I was just starting. Made me want to do the same thing, but this character isn't cut out for PvP, so I made another.

Although I loved the fact "anything goes" I actually joined the game with wholesome intentions.

This ended when I heard the first self-entitled highsec carebear rage-nerd flapping his lips about something. I think it was someone mining the same rocks he was.

I couldn't stop myself. I flew an industrial over to him, stole his ore, and laughed in his face.

My turn to the dark side, was complete.

I'm not a griefer. I am here to make the whole stronger by taking down the weak.

Without Moriarity, Holmes was nothing, without antagonists, there can be no heroes :)

Why do grief? Buh. Because fat. Also because ugly. Society make fail to educate person in moral. No can get job or woman. But game good. Game make bad go away. Real life? Real life kill cat for food so no hungry to play game 18 hours. Real life make suffer. Game? Game no make suffer. Game I make other suffer for make me suffer in real life. Flip can, make cry. Sometimes camp Stranglethorn for half a day with Night Elf hunter. Game make me look like pretty Asian girl, make happy.

Fuh, it 8 a.m. Me go eat cake frosting and sleep now.

Don't we have a 'block' function on the forums? Reading this just took 3 seconds of my precious time. And writing this took another 15 seconds - I could've spent that time much better losing another pixel ship, maybe even two.

If the answer to this question is, "Post Everywhere!" then you are correct. Here at TEAR EXTRACTION AND RECLAMATION SERVICE we have developed highly-classified propulsion systems capable of superior performance in the harshest of environments. Unfortunately for the PVE element of the game, these systems require vast quantities of salty secretions and thus, we comb the deadspaces in search of this delicate elixir.

Also, the hate in local is really funny.
