New concept of developing EVE

If we consider players as content, then players update that content every time they log in.

It's about time EVE started to update as often as players do.

I'm still skeptical on CCP going full agile and it actually working. Agile is good for smaller projects or projects of a more limited scope than Eve. While it may be good for things like balancing and small additions, I don't see this working well for large content additions or major revamps. Plus it is CCP after all, their track record with releasing expansions isn't great, adding more isn't going to help that.

We will see hope it works.

It merely requires someone to around between all the small teams to make sure they are all working coherently, following the big plan and pulling into the same direction. I know that position being called the "Banner Bearer". I'd assume Seagull is the person holding the banner.
