My b/o was accepted on a character and I have no idea how to proceed as there are 0 articles in the stickies or links in there on what I do after that point. Can someone refer me to an article that is legit on how I proceed. I dont know if i send isk to that char I am buying and what else.

once it's confirmed on the forum, you send isk to the character being purchased (make sure it's the SAME character) and you mail him your accout name (the name you log in with) then he has to handle transferring it and you'll get a mail in your irl email, and after a 10 hour processing time it's on your account.

your account must be active (not trial) and have one empty slot
