Heard people state that they don't know how to read a financial statement, and trust others to read it for them. Really. First place it's not financial statement. It's financial statements. That's balance sheets; income statements; cash flow statements; statement of retained earnings; and statements of shareholders. Hell if you want to be forearmed then read something like this:
