DOS-like file path names in patcher

When updating the SISI client I noticed the following in the patcher log output:

Cache folder: 'C:\\PROGRA~3\\CCP\\EVE\\repair_download_cache'


You can't be serious. The times of 8+3 are long gone - at least that's what I thought.
This smells funny. boot.ini funny.

yes path truncation rules haven't changed is ages, try installing somewhere really arcane like mydocs
