Tried to login my alt whose account is connected through steam. Open up the launcher, it hangs for a bit and spits out the following error:

Sorry, but an error occured while processing your request.

Error code: D8CE75AC-AAF1-47EC-BEB2-CFD6954071D7

Tried running the repair tool to see if by some miracle it would fix it. It did not. Started downloading something that was about 1.5mb but then that had an error. Out of ideas to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same here.

I´ve tried the repair tool, too. With the same effect.

Just a note for those seeing this, got confirmation in twitch chat that CCP know about it and are looking into it.

I am having the same problem logging onto my main account. Although I'm not sure if that error code means anything. I've reloaded the launcher about 10 times and have gotten a different error code each time.

Yeah, it would be nice if they actually told us what the error IS, instead of an error code that isn't even Google-able.

I was able to log in now, I think the issue was on steam's side. Because steam store and other services had been extremely slow all day (until now). :D

I can confirm this. I was able to log in to both of my non-Steam accounts while my Steam account was throwing this error. Days like today make me regret ordering EVE through Steam.

same problem here. as i am seeing some errors on steam itself, i suspect the problem is actually on their end. the steam login issue is just a mess.
