Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Recently decided to pick back up Eve and attempted to launch Eve (had to update of course) and the update failed.

So not wanting to deal with anything, I decided to just uninstall and re-install the client, thinking, no big deal...

However now when I try to install eve, I get about 60% through extraction and it says "Archive Extraction Failed 3"

I've spent about an hour and a half doing my OWN digging, trying everything in every thread, like downloading the offline version and nothing is helping.

Please if anyone has any ideas I am all ears.

It would be nice to see CCP in here, but in all the other threads I read regarding the topic nothing official was ever released, sadly.
