Eve Launcher freezes/crashes

Ive had this issue multiple times now ever since the Rubicon 1.4.1 patch were the launcher will freeze up completely or stutter and take a few seconds to actually work. Windows will automatically close it out and then I have to restart the launcher again, sometimes it takes multiple tries for it to work properly. I tried the Eve repair and afterwards the launcher worked fine till the next time I tried launching Eve. Never before had a problem with the launcher. This also came about at the same time as the docking crash issue, which today I have not had an issue with yet. Anyone else experiencing the launcher crash?
