Launcher does not check for new patch if it is open during dt

Can you please fix this? It is really annoying, because it will boot eve into EULA mode, which will prompt new patch, which will shut down eve and fail to install patch -> need to run repair. It is terrible. What I do now is that I have to close unpatched eve, close launcher, open launcher then it will patch the game correctly.
