You are Gallente. So solution for this situation is very simple. Work for Sisters of Eve.
1. Take a week break and do all tutorial missions in 3 caldary rocky systems. This will fix your caldary standings without hurting to much your gallente standings. You will not see any mission agianst gallente during tutorial missions. But you will still lose some gallente standings simply because you gained caldary one. Take it like this: +0.4 for caldary means automaticaly -0.2 for gallente.
2. Do all gallente tutorials, that you have not done yet. Not only your dear university, but also school and Navy. This will raise your gallente standings and you will not get any mission against caldary.
3. Start working wirth Sisters of Eve. Every storyline mission you do for them will raise your Gallente standings (your home faction) and they rearely gives missions against other faction. I believe that Lanngisi is very close to Hek, can be a good place to go.

Or you can stay true Gallente patriot and ignore Jita. :)
