Is it possible to organize a Burn Goon Space event?

It is possible to organise. Whether the event will be a success or even an event is the issue. You could, quite easily get several hundred people up to VFK for at least a day but you would have to provide all the SRP and Logistics for them since not all people will be willing or able to pitch in. You'll need to give everyone a month's notice to grab people and be willing to go to bloggers, news sites, etc.. Definitely just be open about the event so 1) goons will be there to have some fun and 2) because they'll find out anyway and you're going to need a month or so to plan and move ships in and all that jazz.

What you wont get will be the four or five day death to all capitals fun park that burn jita is. You will probably get frigate, destroyer and cruiser doctrine fleets and some kitchen sink fleets, maybe some rookie ship fleets and possibly, if you're cute enough and bring enough friends a super fleet come in and just go all hentai on you.

I would love to see some sort of highsec uprising storming the gates of VFK. It would be lots of fun.
