I was thinking it was probably just a new skin for the venture as well.

Not just a skin. There are:
oref1_t1.gr2 - Venture
oref1_t2b.gr2 - Prospect
oref1_t2a.gr2 - yet another model
All 3 models have their respective basic skin and some 'development' color scheme.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
