The summer expansion will remove the standing requirements for highsec POCOS. Except for a named few.

Can I get a list of these systems?

Please?

I think it was the trade hubs (Jita, Amarr ... blah), and the rookie systems, no?

I'm safely assuming those systems myself...

But, just incase there's other systems.

It's good to have a complete list instead of no list and possible petitions...

You'd have to be all sorts of stupid to anchor a POS in Jita anyways.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you mean POSes not POCOs. If that's the case its the same as the PI list. Which can be found in the EVElopedia PI entry.
