Constant game freezes

Hello,

I have constant game freezes. They appear randomly (while warp, dock, idle, research, chatting, and so on) Did wait for 20 min still was frozen. In CMD+OPT+ESC it does not show that it is not responding. Started like two days ago. I know that i have not powerful Mac mini late 2009 with 256 MB video ram and 2GHz Duo proc with 8 GB of RAM but this issue did appear only recently. RAM shows 50% free and Processor also each core 20% loaded 80% free. It was working with low FPS couple days ago. I did reset cache and it did not help. Only mess in my UI now.

It is unplayable already last couple days.
Whats happening?
