Does CCP offer discounts for multi-account users?

If not, they should. This would be an awesome way to improve the game.
They should be able to afford it with all the nifty ways they are figuring out to destroy PLEX without having to provide actual server time.

Truly, the OP has not realized that the best "discount" in EVE is to let other players "donate" their ISK to pay for your PLEX.
