EVE Client locks up when I open IGB

Whenever I open the IGB the client locks up, and then the process cannot be killed by any means.

This sucks as I would like the use the IGB for siggy, and if I forget about the fact that opening it kills my client it is awful.

This doesn't seem to log the character out, as I still appear as in space, and online when the client locks up.
