depends on how you're defining a threat i guess. generally some one telling you that they're going to carry on with their day-to-day business wouldn't usually fall in to the definition of a "threat"

but if you feel threatened then i suppose it could be. although, if you feel threatened by some one going about their day-to-day business... i'd question the quality of the service you're providing.

Im looking into getting a pair of POCOS in Gelhan that are over barren planets, they belong to an alliance called failed-diplomacy. Their BC rank is #380. Seen as you are both top-ranked id dare say your on equal terms. I would like these 2 pocos demolished in short order.

I would like a quote on how much it will cost all around and the time span it will take, and for the sake of advertisement i would like our correspondence done via this thread, if you do a good job itll stop all of this nonsense, if you do poorly...well this thread will get pretty lolled at.

I was wondering why this was linked to my corp's advertisement.. I guess for the lols. Realistically, everyone wants to end up on top. However, the reality is that no one starts there. I am very serious, your obviously not taking this very seriously by not addressing my concerns, nor by helping me come to an agreement. I am not willing to pay 1 billion isk upfront to a merc group that has little evidence of success, for all i know you will take the isk and not do the job.

I would be willing to pay the 50 mil wardec fee upfront, then pay 60 mil per POCO destroyed (30 mil upon reinforcement, 30 mil upon destruction). I feel this is a more acceptable deal, now about the timespan question you havent answered so far...
