How about just making them permanent blinky?

Banning is perfect. What I'd like is a sticker over the avatar portrait that says "BANNED"

OK, so limit the banned player to high sec. Fixed.


Banned character becomes a suicide ganker which most have -10 standings anyway... How is that restrictive?

Doesn't work.

Solstice Project had a 180day forum ban which got transferred to the new account
when I gave it to ... to take care of selling it for PLEX4GOOD.
