Anyone know why they suddenly hiked up 150-200 mil?

Did the Dev's blog some change for the summer I missed or is someone just manipulating?

They've gone up because of the buff they're getting after the summer expansion.

Caldari Battleship Bonus:
30% bonus to Afterburner velocity bonus (was 5% energy turret damage)

Role Bonus:
150% bonus to Large Energy Turret damage (was 100% energy turret damage)

The role bonus change was to balance the loss of the 5% damage bonus.
