As a fitness professional I am not a huge fan of group exercise classes but they do serve a purpose and many do beneift form them. This video is of a class I do not have a problem with as the impact is greatly reduced and the chance of injury is quite low, but I can not resist showing this. It is not a knee slapper or anything, but.........

Not only is it legal, it is highly recommended in some places.

I would probably take the class; and like with every class I have taken since I went to college I would be in the back row.

One of my co-workers wants to start that class up at the country club ftiness center she runs. I actually came across that video from her. It took everything I had not to lmao when she was showing it to me.
