True, but remember, I'm a suicide ganker. I go for the low hanging fruit, or however it was that he said it.

I had no idea. :(

Btw ... what would you think about docking/jump-timers for ships that cargo- or shipscan?

I'm about to move a gank alt into the alliance slapping Rote about atm. I hope it goes on forever. Then he can write about griefing from a more personal perspective.

Cool

I wasn't trying to win anything either, I just saw an opportunity and ran with it; so no hard feelings about not receiving what I had no intention of getting.

So what does this mean? Shortest timed subscriber appointed as King of General Discussion?

While completely understandable, considering me, it's still a shame that I'm always #thebest at everything. Like I know me best right? And me knowing what I know about me, using myself as the baseline, in comparison it's rather disappointing how easy it is to be superior at all aspects of existence.

For my first official decree as your new liege:

Post better.

That is all.

O well, one addendum. To the peasants upset, thirsty for my newly acquired power, wrought with jealousy about their lot in life:

I think that it would make it really easy to gank explorers, who use cargo scanners in their normal operations.

And yes, among other things, I am a suicide ganker. Not on this character, this guy is the forum/wormhole guy.

But I dabble in lots of things, exploration, ganking explorers, trading/scamming, the occasional missioning and mission baiting, and before it became rather pointless I did a lot of ninja salvaging.

I also used to be a nullsec line member a long while ago.

Ah ... true ... explorers might have issues.

My thought was that scanning frigates at gates should all just die,
but after the first time they got killed they all just started to jump through.

Which was boring. :(

I would point out that the same issues with scanning exist with bumping.

That being, it is not an inherently hostile act.

Criminalize bumping, and people will just sit on the Jita undock in a Charon and rack up killmails.

It causes more problems that it would fix. If you want to hurt a cog the suicide ganking machine, then the person you really need to kill is their looter.

I suggest a sebo Moa with a long point.

That's different.

Bumping exists everywhere, simply because local space is always limited.

Scanning ... not so much.

A single point is pointless (HAHAHAHAHA OMG LOOK AT ME A PUN!!!)
and I've seen the +2 warpstrength haulers with stabs ... and you can't always
fit enough scrams to counter these.

I strongly believe that simply killing the wreck is the best of all options
and brings back balance to the universe,
without CCP having to ruin it completely.
