So what are you doing by consistently and constantly discussing moderation and warnings/bans, then? So far it seems the only one who has broken any forum rules is you.

Also before you make a big deal about "lol lol your going to represent yourself' in small claims court you rarely use lawyers since the cost of using a lawyer in small claims is usually more expensive then the maximum amount that can be awarded.
