Harassment is bad, mmmkay. Only CCP Ripard can tell if you're being harassed in game via magical out of game mind rays. I just want to follow a player around, see how they work, and chat in local inside of the Eve client.

Only cancel the one account, escalate, if you lose sell the character and buy another with similar skillset or cancel those 6 subs. You'll be glad you did. THe more accounts you have, the more this game is a drag.
