I get approximately 24 hours of data. Is there a way to get all that is listed in the in-game ledger? If so, how would I get it?

You need to do what they call "Journal Walking". See this link https://neweden-dev.com/Character/Wallet_Journal for more details. Pay special attention to the bits at the end. Feel free to check out the implementation I have of this in SeAT here as an example.
