"Ships" tab of overview settings not functioning

The "ships" tab of my overview settings doesn't populate with the settings it should, instead it displays the settings box of whichever tab was selected before it.

I have reinstalled the client, cleared caches, completely wiped overview settings, nothing seems to fix it.
