It would have to have perfect core skills (1x,2x to 5) engineering/armor/shield/T2 scout drones (+interfacing to 4-5)/frigate level gunnery (more interested in the skills that apply to all guns tbh, sharpshooting/pinpoint strike/all that). I'm looking for a toon that I can develop into a frigate specialist (maybe some cruisers later on). I will ofc be doing my own research into the price but I'd like to hear a few opinions. Thank you very much!
