Meh. It takes months to jump from one command/weapon system to another. What shall they do in the mean time?

We'll see how things stand in two months. Until then there's no point arguing racial balance.

I'm trained into Minmatar MUCH MORE than anything else, but still want balance.
ACs are tiresome.
The hybrid balance should be refreshing, though. Ships like the Ferox will still be dreadful, however. Big smile

You won't regret cross training; at least to medium-weapon and cruiser level. It opens up so many options - not just the other factions ships, but also pirate ships.

Cross training wastes time. Why be a jack of all trades/master of none when you can excel in one area, and actually compete with other people who've done the same.

Because only weapons skill trees and racial ship skills are race hull specific. It's really not that hard to cross train. Just avoid picking a target race that has a skill set overly diverse compared to your current skills.
