An Alliance owns everything in a region of space, they are small time rookies. An Alliance owns everything in a region of DUST and people lose their minds.

Wait till every region is available for DUST ownership. If someone owns 98% of that then you have permission to claim the sky is falling.

Dust's player base is actually starting to pick up for the first time in months, I know you all are so very very bitter here in GD. But try to exercise some rationality. Most of you sound like self centered children, convinced that not only is mommy neglecting you with her divided attention but the little sibling is evil and rotten by virtue of existing.

I am not bitter but more amazed the game has made it this far. Have you played it? The game play to be kind is horrible. The only thing it has going for it is its potential.

There is a reason old people that play Eve dont play twitch games.

I wouldn't expect that to happen anytime soon given the current Dust active player counts and the terrible state of planetary conquest mechanics.

The Coreli Corporation is recruiting.

Hey now, this old person likes twitch games - I play Planetside 2 all the time. It's the stupid console controls that I dislike. I'd play more Dust if it was on my PC instead of the Netflix box over in the living room.

(I know, keyboard and mouse works on Dust - but that would require a desk in my living room instead of a couch and coffee table, and Dust isn't *that* good to warrant rearranging furniture. Put it on the PC already CCP.)

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

Been playing it for almost two years now since closed beta(much longer than I've been playing eve), and while it's true the development has had a few downturns they've managed to bring a lot of it together over the last two patches. I have fun with it the strategy, customization, and economy(though this is still mostly in it's infancy) is something you simply do not find in other shooters. That's just my experience though.

Not to mince terms but Dust is not really a 'twitch' shooter like COD or it's brethren it's much more of a tracking shooter in the vein of the earlier Halo games.

Why do people assume that the average EvE pilot gives a crap about that useless, money leaching game?

A game with so few players wouldnt be THAT incredibly hard to win would it?

Closest to twitch I ever get is MWO

And, isn't sanity really just a one-trick pony anyway? I mean all you get is one trick, rational thinking, but when you're good and crazy, oooh, oooh, oooh, the sky is the limit.

The only rational thing to do is to close it. The game is simply horrible. It doesnt feel like the EVE universe, its like a really bad clone of some of the maps in Star Wars Battlefront.

A testimony to how thinly populated Molden Heath must be. Maybe someone should alert the other players there are systems there, too. Meanwhile...I hope that guy has a lot of [term deleted due to political correctness standards] to do the yardwork.

We must accommodate the idiocracy.

I find it quite hillarious that most of you guys think that there are not enough players to fill 2 teams. DNS recruited the top corps in dust and whats left are just alot of scrubs. Im sorry to say it but you cant get more then 16 players on 1 team which means you cant do the eve thing with "just blob them". Choosing skilled players for matches is the most important thing to do. Not just that but you must aswell have a balance composition for the team. Be it vehicle users, logistic players or scouts. Trust me for PC matches there are allways full teams. Thing is the opposition just gets overwhelmed with professional players.

Think of it like the tournaments from CCP where you can only bring a limited amount of pilots to make for a fair fight. And that is what happends on dust all day. And how can you say it doesnt fit into the Eve universe? You really believe that spaceships could do all jobs in armed confilcts? Even up to date you still need ground troops to secure the area. Its no good to just bomb everything into the ground. Anyway Dust514 will be present at the fanfest and a little bird told me that some huge changes are going to be showed and implemented soon afterwards.
