Hi, Im hoping that this is a common issue that has an easy fix.

I have been playing for a week now and as of yesterday my game freezes on me randomly. During my first 5 days i had a freeze up once a day, nothing i couldnt handle just thought i had played it too long. But now it seems more like every 10 mins to 20mins.

The game just freezes, I can still look at information and if im mining it still shows me mining. However to my friends i have warped out and no longer online. We are on TS so i know this is the case. Even pressing exit game does not work.

My Mac is the Mid 2010 4GB Macbook With the Geforce 320 256mb Graphics card. Runs smoothly.

The only way to stop the freeze is to force shutdown and restart the game. I notice, as i have my task manager open that the cpu usage is 132% then drops to 10% the goes back up again, im unsure on what causes this.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have two answers from my experience -- one good, one bad:

Good: If you are finding that you have a lot of crashes and still have room to turn down some of the graphics settings, by all means do it. More often than not, I am crashing when I have settings at higher values.

Bad: I also find that I crash a lot on servers with a lot of traffic. When I am at the university I teach at, I rarely ever log on unless it's well outside of business hours because I know the game will lock up.

YMMV
