Ah, looks like our ballot retention function (so that when you leave the page and come back you keep your same ballot) is picking up your ballot from last year. The good news is that it's easily changed, and perhaps your preferences haven't changed significantly since last year. Bad news is that it is very much not intended for obvious reasons.

We will push a fix as soon as we can figure out how to preserve the feature and still wipe last years ballot saves.

But next time please please PLEASE put the "x" to erase the search-box OUTSIDE the search-field so that when you're typing a candidature suggestion list using the search field, you actually see what you're typing.
