Hi,
I just bought a procurer and I'm tryng to fit a mining laser to the lone turret hardpoint. I'm being told that there is no space but I've nothing fitted yet. Any thoughts?

You really don't want to fit a mining laser on there in the first place; you want a strip miner. Try that instead.

Check again, there is no turret hardpoint.

You use strip miners on barges.

In addition to what everyone else said:
There is a difference between a high slot and a turret hard point. The Procurer has one high slot, but zero turret hard points.

Some modules (like strip miners) only need a high slot. Others (like mining lasers) need a high slot and a turret hard point.
