Question to trading experts.

Why is the market suddenly full of Capital part BPOs and Capital BPOs? Or am I wrong?

It'a possible people are selling their Capital BPOs because of the compression changes, but there's always a fair amount of them on contracts.

pretty much certainly the REFINE changes

lowsec capital producers drew the short straw, there were tons of them

they're either moving to null or quitting
