Dear CCP Art Dept.,

You do so well with model quality and creative non-standard hull designs. HOWEVER...this is EVE and we only know how to criticize. So in that vein I hope these observations help you to make the most out of the models in the future:

So I noticed that the armored wingy bits are mounted on struts...as if the armor could animate and slide in closer to the hull while at warp or perhaps even while MWDing (re: knight rider super pursuit mode).

So linked is a pic that hopefully illustrates what you need to do, which is light the interior spaces between the armor and the main hull. k thx bye.
