Character Bazaar

I'm interested in buying a focused pilot that meets the following requirements:

-Level 5 cruiser skills in multiple races, ideally all 4. Caldari not absolutely necessary though must be to 4.

-Solid gunnery skills on ALL weapon types, t2 mediums

-Decent missile skills though this is not mandatory

-T2 heavy lasers preferred but not required

-Great drone skills, able to fit atleast t2 med drones and t1 heavy/sentry with good support skills for drones inc. interfacing5

-Level 5 basic core skills involving cap/power grid/cpu

-Solid shield skills including maxed capacity/regen skills, and obviously able to use t2 shield mods of all varieties

-Solid armor skills optional but preferred

Please post your character you are interested in selling and your price. I don't care about battleship skills they're just a low valued bonus. This character is being purchased to be another HAC/faction cruiser pilot with a lot of diversity so I can fly multiple of the same ship or partner ships in my personal fleet. I need to be able to fly pretty much any race's cruiser class vessels and be able to easily switch between the two to meet whatever I am hunting.
