How about a massive deployable moon that can insta pop titans? sort of like the death star from starwars

No because then you would need a terraforming device that would take it 1 billion years to build one of them star sized deployable.Blink

As long as the moon sized ones require Capital Component Thermal Vents then a frigate should suffice.

Unless the pilot of the moon has Thermal Vent Tranch Defense trained to V. In which case the frigate would require assistance by a lightly armed industrial.
