The market wouldn't just randomly dump your stuff across the galaxy. Most of the time when a player buys stuff enmasse they go to a trade hub.

Just like now you select what station you want to buy it at it would drop it there because of In station transfer.
Unless there was addition options like buy lowest price, buy empire only etc like contracts have for locations.

I see a lot of people limiting this to just ships, it can also be used to buy variety if ammo , multiple skills etc.
