Extra points for blaming someone else and getting away with it

Back when ET was younger I got a character given back to me that had quite a few more sp than I had at the time. I also found about a bil or two in a cargo can laying around. "Oh!! he flies legions!!"( I had never used t3s to this point) go out and buy one and fit it for some wh usage. What the hell I had the spare iskies. It goes boom. ****!!! Go back and buy another.

This time I use ET in a CS and my other toon in the legion in a C3. Hole collapses behind me and Im busy scanning for a new one and I get jumped. Both CS and legion go poof. ****!!! But now Im stuck in the hole with NO exit, it was literally the last sig to scan and that was what I was scanning at the time I got jumped. And seeing as I wanted to just daytrip it I was also in a LG crystal set and a set of +4s and hardwirings on my alt.

All told it was about 2bil that went pop as I suicided both toons to get out.

If we're doing this then mine would probably have to be a Crusader that died trying to run through a bubble camp (when inties were not immune to such things). There were 37 people on the mail most of them battleships trying to kill just me and I survived long enough to get out of the bubble, managed to come unjammed by some miracle so I could lock to drive off the crow that was still pointing me and then died to a Curator II from a Megathron while aligning out.

I laughed pretty hard about getting away from so many neuts and webs before they could lock outran the light drones, their inty was either rocket fit or had horrible skills and got through all that taking only slight armor damage to be almost volleyed by a weapon that is often not even a consideration for a Crusader. I have no idea what they thought of it, 40 or so jumps from home, minus a ship with no implants I didn't even try to warp my pod out and just let myself take the pod express. Discussion was pretty minimal (as in none).

Probably a kill in the distant past where I thought hauling 2 Hulks in a T1 indy down to our station in Outer Passage was a good idea. What could go wrong?

Used to 'import' the mining ship bpo's from nullsec wayyyy back in the days.I just went there in a shuttle , bought for 10 B or more bpo's and flew back in a shuttle most of the times without a scout.Profits on those at the time was between 500 M to 1 B on each.

Needless to say i lost a handfull of bpo's along the way .




Ow and i once forgot i had a few in my cargo so when i ap'd with what i thaught was an empty shuttle i was surprised i was ganked halfway the route.Upon inspecting the lossmail i smiled when i noticed the bpo's .

Took me weeks to recover from that loss

a) played 6 month eve. Flew a shiny shiny nightmare in incursions. "JUMP JUMP .. HOLD!!" .. ehm.. lol. alone in the dark. *plöp* 4b down.

b) 3 month ago. Purchased 10 STRATIOS für 700-800m each. Sold them at 400m each. 3-4b down.

I lost a Maelstrom on a gate in lowsec on the way to Asakai

I had to take a round-a-bout route because my security staus was in the tank at the time so I couldnt enter highsec without getting tackled by popo which would be even more embarrassing.

So some lowsec scrubs in frigates tackled me 2 jumps out from Asakai and slowly whittled me down. I cursed them for fools the whole time spending five minutes to kill my lone battleship when they could be next door getting on Titan kills

I have a bustard with T2 rigs and a 700mil ISK pod on someone's killboard...

That was in return for some 10k m3 or so of ore. It was not a good trade for me.

I lost a faction fit Cynabal in the fountain war. I was doing what I do and my girlfriend swished by in some lingerie, so I possed up real quick and got bumped out while I was paying attention to what is important in life.

Normally I'll approach/keep at range or orbit a pos to stop this from happening. But I was in a hurry.
