Client broke after tuesday patch

After I launched my game and installed the latest patch on tuesday morning about 6 AM pacific standard, I left for work.

Came home and launched game, only to get an error :

After a couple complete cache, game folder deletions, game uninstalls, repair tools.. I am still stuck with a broken client.

I recently installed windows onto a new SSD, and was able to play up until tuesday with no problem.
