Check the code base to see if it even supports that functionality properly. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if it doesn't. Lol

Yeah you're probably right Tipp. Maybe this forum isn't setup to drop cookies where you leave off when reading a thread. (Maybe that's a good feature in some way) All I see is that it's an annoyance to have to backtrack though a thread to find the place you left off. Forum boards are a mastered art by now, so there's really no reason for it to not have this tiny little feature working properly. Not to mention it saves a hell of a lotta time in supertear threads where 30 posts per minute are going up. Big smile

I didnt know people read the posts of threads? Usually people just read the first 3 words of the OP and reply according to that.

Agreed. I think in some cases they just look at the posters name and go straight for the throat. Shocked

The "new" forums look prettier but are less ergonomic to use than the old ones. To me it seems a graphics designer and not an UI designer architected them. As they are they just use 40 % of my resolution real estate and thus are simply inefficient and annoying to use. Form over function and all that. They were probably programmed on a Mac.
