Will you guys be happy to collect my subscription payment by having to connect to a VPN location to complete the transaction?

Well, please explain to me why I have to run through VPN initially to get patches downloaded with the client? If I don't do this, the patch attempt is ignored and generates an error. I can wait a few hours to days to solve this without the need to connect via VPN. But, last time I checked I was paying you to play EVE, not the other way around.

Why can't I access the patch file from my current location, in the launcher or within the direct exe launch? Was there something wrong with the money I paid you?

I apologize for not staying in areas of the world where it's more feasible to make your sh*t work.
