Rep someone in a limited engagement, make you suspect, and whats worse give you a weapons timer so you cant dock, thanks CCP \/

If you didnt get these timers neutral alts could sit there and rep someone ('jack') without consequence... While 'jack' freely engages his war targets all day long, the opposing war targets will never be able to break 'jacks' tank because they cannot shoot at the neutral alts.

Edit: (and exactly the same outcome would apply to limited engagements / duels)

Yeah I was just certain that I would only get a suspect flag. Not the gun timer which stops you docking

What the OP means to say is that he was still under the impression he could do silly stuff and get away with it and didn't have the presence of mind to check the changed game mechanics before he did something stupid.

i agree, plus the old orca switch with agression. ccp dumbing the game down so more bears will play and not quit. pretty soon this game will be a theme park rather than a sandbox.

Nah its better the way it is. The AC should be applied to a logi, otherwise you would wind up with invincible ships going after kill-right ships, etc. You need the logi to take the same AC so it can be blazed as well.


EDIT: AC= Aggression Countdown btw. Different from a GCC

It's only a year and a half, though — it was part of Retribution in late 2012.

e: Actually, now that I look at the dates, we heard about it a year and a half ago; it was only implemented a bit over a year ago. I suppose it just makes so much sense that it feels like it should have been like this forever. P
